7 Brew is opening stands faster than many first-time customers can learn its menu.
Five of the chain’s newest locations share the same official opening date: September 7, 2026. The more consequential expansion, however, may be sitting on customers’ phones.
An important qualifier: 7 Brew announced at least eight openings for September 7. Because those locations are tied to the same date, no public source supports ranking one strict ‘last five.’ These five are part of that newest verified opening wave.
THE FIVE LOCATIONS
High Point, North Carolina — 4115 Andres Ave. — Opened September 7, 2026.
Loveland, Colorado — 1377 Sculptor Drive — Opened September 7, 2026.
Fort Smith, Arkansas — 4520 Phoenix Ave. — Opened September 7, 2026.
DeRidder, Louisiana — 704 N. Pine St. — Opened September 7, 2026.
Grand Blanc, Michigan — 12225 S. Saginaw St. — Opened September 7, 2026.
The same opening date was also announced for new stands in Neenah, Wisconsin; Effingham, Illinois; and Great Bend, Kansas.
THE APP IS THE GAME CHANGER
7 Brew launched its first mobile app on August 12. It lets customers browse and customize more than 20,000 possible drink combinations, explore previously hard-to-find ‘secret menu’ choices, save favorites, repeat recent orders and track rewards.
That sounds like a familiar restaurant app until one counterintuitive detail appears: submitting an order does not immediately send the drink into production.
When the customer reaches the drive-thru, a Brewista checks the customer in, processes payment and then has the drink prepared fresh. The app is therefore less like a traditional pickup shelf and more like a digital memory for complicated drinks.
That distinction matters at 7 Brew.
Its menu extends far beyond ordinary coffee. Customers can combine flavors, sweetness levels, milk choices, cold foam and other customizations across coffee, 7 Energy, 7 Fizz, tea, lemonade, smoothies and shakes. Remembering—and verbally rebuilding—the exact drink can become part of the friction.
The app remembers it instead.
A customer can save a customized drink, pull into a different participating stand and present the same digital order without reconstructing it at the window. That could make an unfamiliar new location feel familiar on the second visit.
For 7 Brew, the larger opportunity is loyalty and customer data. Restaurant Dive reported that the chain began 2026 with 604 stands. By August, 7 Brew said it had surpassed 800 stands across 38 states and was serving more than 1 million drinks per day.
At that scale, the app can connect hundreds of rapidly opened drive-thrus to one customer relationship. A participating stand entering a new city does not have to build its digital ordering and rewards audience from zero.
There are limits. Mobile ordering is available only at participating locations, not every menu item is necessarily offered, a Rewards account is required to place an order and customers still pay at the drive-thru. Whether the app substantially shortens the entire visit remains to be proven.
But it directly attacks one of the complications created by 7 Brew’s greatest strength: an enormous menu built around personalization.
The stands are the visible growth story. The app may become the system that turns all those colorful choices—and all those new addresses—into repeatable habits.
Five cities received a new 7 Brew stand on September 7. The app could help each one feel like a customer’s regular stop before the paint is dry.
