7 Brew's new Middletown, Connecticut, stand is scheduled to open Monday, October 19, at 733 Washington Street—but the public event calendar starts 10 days earlier.
The first event is Caffeine for a Cause, a limited-menu, pay-what-you-want fundraiser for Unashamed, Inc. It runs Friday, October 9, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; Saturday, October 10, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; and Sunday, October 11, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The reproduced opening flyer says all proceeds will be donated to the organization.
The flyer does not state a drink size, minimum contribution, one-per-person rule or inventory condition for the fundraiser. Customers should not assume conditions that are not printed.
Friends & Family Weekend follows with free small drinks during five preview windows: Friday, October 16, from 7 to 10 a.m. and 3 to 6 p.m.; Saturday, October 17, from 9 a.m. to noon and 3 to 6 p.m.; and Sunday, October 18, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
That preview offer is limited to one drink per present customer. No purchase requirement or while-supplies-last language is printed for the Friends & Family sessions.
Opening day is Monday, October 19. From October 19 through Friday, October 23, the stand will hold Community Hours with free small drinks from 8 to 9 a.m., noon to 1 p.m. and 5 to 6 p.m. each day. The same one-drink-per-present-customer limit applies.
The calendar ends with Swag Day on Saturday, October 24, from 5:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Customers can receive a free shirt with the purchase of a large drink while supplies last. The flyer does not guarantee shirt sizes or selection.
Local reporting and the reproduced branded flyer agree on the address, opening date and event windows. CT Insider reports that Middletown will be 7 Brew's eighth Connecticut location.
The timing distinction is important: October 9 is the start of the charity preview, not the official opening. October 16–18 are free-drink preview sessions, October 19 is opening day, October 19–23 are recurring Community Hours, and October 24 is Swag Day.
For guests, the practical advice is to choose the event that matches the offer they want and arrive only during its posted local time. For the business, the 16-day sequence shows how 7 Brew turns one store opening into multiple local traffic and community-engagement occasions instead of relying on a single ribbon-cutting day.
