Brown Deer’s new 7 Brew is scheduled to open Monday, October 19, at 4380 West Brown Deer Road. The address-specific opening flyer lays out three distinct customer offers before and after opening day: Friends & Family preview drinks October 16–18, free small drinks during set Community Hours October 19–23 and a purchase-tied T-shirt offer October 24.

All times below are local Central time. Braisepoint visually inspected the actual 1080-by-1350 branded flyer on October 15 and checked the address against 7 Brew’s official Brown Deer locator. The locator still labels the stand Coming Soon; the dated flyer supplies the opening and event calendar.

Thursday, October 15 — The North Shore Chamber of Commerce scheduled a ribbon-cutting event from 10 to 11 a.m. The chamber listing puts the ribbon cutting at 10:15 a.m. and a community donation presentation at 10:30 a.m. It says free drinks will be available and requires registration. The listing does not name the donation recipient, so none is inferred.

Friday, October 16 — Friends & Family preview drinks run from 7 to 10 a.m. and 3 to 6 p.m. The flyer offers one free small drink per customer who is present. It does not state a purchase requirement.

Saturday, October 17 — The preview continues from 9 a.m. to noon and again from 3 to 6 p.m., with the same one-free-small-drink limit for each present customer.

Sunday, October 18 — The final Friends & Family window runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Monday, October 19 — Opening day. Community Hours begin the same day, with one free small drink per present customer from 8 to 9 a.m., noon to 1 p.m. and 5 to 6 p.m.

Tuesday, October 20, through Friday, October 23 — The same three Community Hours repeat each day: 8 to 9 a.m., noon to 1 p.m. and 5 to 6 p.m. The offer is not advertised as all-day free drinks; it applies only inside those one-hour windows.

Saturday, October 24 — Swag Day runs from 5:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Buying any large drink qualifies for a free 7 Brew T-shirt while supplies last. The flyer does not promise a particular color, design or size, and it does not state a per-vehicle shirt limit.

The sequence matters because the economics change. Friends & Family is a free-drink preview before the formal opening. Community Hours is a narrower set of three daily sampling windows after opening. Swag Day requires a large-drink purchase and depends on shirt inventory. The chamber ribbon cutting is a separate registered event, not another all-day promotion.

Across the three preview days, the flyer advertises 16 hours of free-small-drink service. The five Community Hours days add 15 more one-hour windows. That is Braisepoint’s arithmetic from the printed schedule, not a forecast of wait times, staffing or availability.

The actual flyer lists no Caffeine for a Cause pay-what-you-want weekend. The chamber’s donation presentation should not be used to infer one, and the flyer’s free-preview terms should not be carried backward to the ribbon cutting.

The official locator currently gives the exact Brown Deer address and a Coming Soon status but does not expose an ordinary-hours schedule in the indexed page Braisepoint checked. Swag Day’s 5:30 a.m.–11 p.m. event window should not be treated as permanent store hours.

For the cleanest plan: use October 16–18 for a preview drink, visit October 19–23 only during the printed Community Hours, or go October 24 with a qualifying large-drink purchase if the shirt is the goal. Promotions can change; recheck the official location page and the local flyer before making a special trip.
