Fatburger, Fazoli’s and a group of other familiar restaurant chains now sit under OHG Brands, a new identity announced by FBG Bid Co. LLC on Sept. 30.
The launch follows FBG Bid Co.’s June 2026 acquisition of the restaurant assets. OHG stands for Original. Honest. Good., according to the company.
OHG says its portfolio includes 12 restaurant brands and more than 1,700 company-owned and franchised units worldwide. Alongside Fatburger and Fazoli’s, the group includes Round Table Pizza, Johnny Rockets, Great American Cookies and Marble Slab Creamery.
The remaining brands are Buffalo’s Cafe & Express, Hurricane Grill & Wings, Native Grill & Wings, Pretzelmaker, Ponderosa and Bonanza Steakhouses.
For customers, the announcement establishes a new umbrella company over those individual restaurant names. The company says it will build on the brands’ histories as it develops and grows the portfolio.
More details are expected in November. The Sept. 30 announcement does not set out a chain-by-chain program of menu changes, openings or closures.
The distinction matters: this is the buyer’s new identity for the acquired restaurant portfolio. It should not be read as a promise that every individual chain is being renamed.
