Lucy Brady has joined Jamba as president, taking responsibility for the smoothie and beverage chain as parent GoTo Foods broadens several senior leaders’ roles across its restaurant portfolio.
Brady started September 8, GoTo said in a September 14 announcement. She previously led Conagra Brands’ Grocery & Snacks business and held senior strategy, innovation and digital customer-experience roles at McDonald’s. Her Jamba remit includes strategy, operations and work with franchisees.
Three other appointments accompany the move. Auntie Anne’s president Nathan Baldwin becomes president of Specialty Brands, adding Cinnabon, Carvel and co-brands. Chief Growth Officer Francisco Bram also becomes president of Moe’s Southwest Grill. Biplav Misra becomes chief digital and technology officer, formally combining technology with his existing digital responsibilities.
The announcement gives Jamba a dedicated incoming leader while placing related brands and shared functions under broader management. For franchisees, the practical test will be how those reporting lines translate into menu decisions, operating support and technology improvements.

Brady arrives during an active period of beverage development at Jamba. Earlier this month, the brand announced Cloud Whip and Protein Cloud Whip as add-ons across iced beverages, blended coffee and smoothies. Jamba says the protein version contributes an additional 10 grams of protein.
That launch began in September at participating locations, with advertised starting prices of 50 cents for Cloud Whip and $1 for Protein Cloud Whip, subject to local pricing. The brand reported more than 750 locations across 36 U.S. states and eight countries and territories as of June 28.
The timing puts customization and additional beverage occasions among the existing initiatives Brady inherits. The topping launch preceded her arrival; it should not be read as a program she introduced.
GoTo’s leadership announcement does not set out a new Jamba store-opening target or a detailed turnaround timetable. The next developments to watch are the operating and menu priorities Brady establishes with franchisees, and how the parent company’s expanded leadership roles support those decisions.
